I was sent the wrong item or I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. If we sent the wrong item, contact us and we will take care of it for you. If you made the mistake we are still happy to exchange it for the correct item (see Return Policy). You are responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be in its original condition.
The product I received does not work the way I thought it would. Most manufacturers offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an item, contact the customer service # listed in the owner's manual that came with the item. If you cannot locate the number please contact us.
