Please keep in mind that the appliances we sell are heavy and range in weight from 16 pounds to over 30 pounds. We try to use the most affordable carrier to ship merchandise. We may use: FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Free Shipping applies to the 48 Continental states. Their is a shipping charge for Hawaii, Alaska, AFOs/FPOs and Canada.
We have decided to use UPS and FedEx for Shipping our orders domestically. They are very economical for shipping items over 5 pounds like juicers and the other "large" packages we ship. Unfortunately they are not very economical when shipping light weight packages, like some parts and accessory orders. To minimize your shipping expense, we recommend when purchasing parts or accessories to purchase them with other items at the same time, or to order a large amount of parts so it will lessen the shipping charge per item. For example, shipping one plunger can cost between $8-$10, while shipping a plunger, clutch and tamper will cost only $1.00 more.

International Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. Please select International on the checkout page for shipping costs. If you have questions about voltage use in your particular country please e-mail us. Several of our models can be ordered with the voltage specifications for your country. Note: Some countries require an additional surcharge. We will notify you after your order has been placed if the surcharge applies.
Shipping costs for small parts and accessories orders are usually $8-$10.
